MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Here is how to apply for membership, and then delivery.

1) Take a picture or a smartphone picture of your license and recommendation letter. Please make sure they are high enough resolution for us to read everything on them.

2) Take a picture of you holding your license. It should be a closeup of your face so we can make sure you are the same person in the picture.

3) Email them to us at info@mmj4ca.com

4) Call us at 310-648-1016 and let us know you applied for membership. We will then get you verified and, if everything checks out, get you your meds delivered.

That’s all it takes. It couldn’t be any easier.
